A huge spectrum of opinion regarding how the road user is taxed is rife again.  The Government takes 60% of what goes into your tank. This is hugely unfair on 32 million road users and debilitates growth in the economy.  FairFuelUK has been successful in stopping the Treasury taking more of this toxic taxation and is campaigning hard to reduce Fuel Duty in the lead up to the March Budget AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.  on your behalf, but your thoughts on this article in today's Commercial Motor are welcome. There are excellent comments from the RHA and the FTA, both founding backers of the FairFuelUK Campaign. PLEASE Add your comments below...

Charging a toll is ok in principle, but the Govmt would not use the money to put back into the roads, they would just take it and do the same as they do now and waste it on hair brained ideas.
